Agencija za osiguranje depozita (Deposit Insurance Agency) is a Serbian public institution responsible for deposit insurance, investor protection, and the administration of bankruptcy and liquidation proceedings involving banks and other financial institutions. The agency manages insolvency estates, conducts asset sales, and oversees the legal framework governing deposit protection in Serbia. It also engages in international cooperation with deposit insurers from the region, including Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, and North Macedonia.
